Bump ms.date to 05/19/2026 and add metadata fields (ms.assetid, sap.id, user.type/use.type and subscription.type) to subscriptions/solutions/admin-index.md and subscriptions/solutions/index.md. These updates refresh asset identifiers and audience/subscription classifications for the Visual Studio subscriptions support pages.

Capitalize 'Visual Studio Subscription' in the Microsoft Store reference; and normalize the admonition tag to '[!NOTE]'.
